This publication is an operating manual for the user of HP2116A/2115A standard
software systems. It includes the operating procedures for these systems and 
diagnostics that might occur during their execution.

The reader is assumed to be familiar with the HP Computers and with the Hewlett-
Packard software systems. Completion of the Hewlett-Packard programming training 
courses or equivalent experience is a prerequisite to the use of this manual.
